Hi Bike Rider; In answer to your question on tire pressure, I did lower my pressure just a little on the back wheel trying to ease up those jolts to the spine. It helped a little. I have not felt any difference in the handling on curves, so if you don't get it too low, it probably won't matter that much. Of course if it gets too low then the tire will start to roll off the rim on tight cornering, then again it all depends on how you ride too. I have found that the slung out cruiser ridng position is not good for tight cornering anyway, so a little reduction in tire pressure on the Savage is not going mean much.
